Shipping Policy

At Care Luis, we are committed to delivering your fishing gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer several shipping options to ensure that your orders arrive on time, and we work with trusted carriers to handle all deliveries. Whether you are shopping for rods, reels, tackle, or accessories, we make sure that your fishing gear reaches you in the best condition and within the expected timeframe.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. The total delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days for domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days for domestic orders.
  • Priority Shipping: For urgent deliveries, orders can be shipped with next-day delivery (additional charges apply).
  • International Shipping: International orders are processed within 3 business days and typically take 7 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination. Please note that international shipping can be subject to customs delays and additional fees.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 for domestic deliveries (United States only).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $150 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 for standard shipping within the United States.
  • International Shipping Fees: The shipping fee for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the destination country.
  • Expedited Shipping Fees: Charges for expedited shipping methods will be calculated at checkout based on the urgency and location of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • For international orders, we ship to most countries around the world. However, some regions may have restricted shipping policies or additional import regulations. Please contact us for further information regarding international delivery to your location.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We take extra care in packaging and shipping your orders. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please retain all packaging and product materials until the issue is resolved.
